It is a legal requirement under the Legal Profession Act 2007 that law firms are to provide a costs disclosure notice if it is likely that fees may exceed $1,500.00 plus gst.
For matters were we have estimated the fees to be less than $1500.000 we may still provide it to you as it will be relvant for future matters that you may instruct us to advice on or act on your behalf, or provide you with a link to view and download it should you wish. Our Disclsoure Notice does get updated from time to time and in that case all exisiting clients are provided with the updated version. |
