This role
We are looking for an experienced Legal PA to join our team and facilitate the smooth running of our small, but dynamic Brisbane office. This role involves a broad range of administration tasks (as as small boutique office has), supporting a small team of lawyers and one very busy Director.
If you have great attention to detail, enjoy client interaction and find creating order and structure rewarding, then you will love this role. We are open to school hours / part time / job share for the right person. Salary range according with experience.
Key responsibilities
This role will require you to work unsupervised, manage a variety of tasks, be friendly and engaging, proactive and strongly results driven.
You will also need previous experience in a legal secretarial capacity in either corporate, general commercial or commercial litigation environments. Beyond this, you will be able to:

Key responsibilities
- Be a first point of contact for our business.
- Organise our Director's diary, emails and client meetings.
- Prepare correspondence, reports and briefs.
- Open, prepare, maintain and close client files.
- Drive automation using new cloud-based Software.
- Provide administration support to our lawyers.
- Organise office operations.
- Accounts/trust administration
This role will require you to work unsupervised, manage a variety of tasks, be friendly and engaging, proactive and strongly results driven.

- Use MS Office and touch type;
- Learn new IT programs quickly and embrace 'the Cloud' (all our platforms are cloud based);
- Amend and create complex documents: tracking, versions etc;
- Manage yourself to deadlines while getting all the details right;
- Communicate effectively– both verbally and in writing; and
- Assert yourself in the face of 'busy' to help organise others.
